Welcome to SBPOA.org, the official online home of the Sound Beach Property Owners' Association. Founded in 1929, the SBPOA is a community-based organization with a broad scope of duties benefiting our members and the residents of Sound Beach. We focus mainly on preservation of the beaches and parklands of Sound Beach, and maintenance of our clubhouse for our special events and private parties.

We have developed this site to share our progress, news, history and to promote our organization, its mission and our exciting events to our members, neighbors and friends.

Our popular and fun events include everything from a Trash and Treasure sale, to Field Day, the Clam-B-Que and several holiday parties and fun seasonal activities. Please visit the events section for details, and watch out for dates and times to be posted there.
